What made you leave your previous guilds? Friends left, no reason to stay. Left No surrender because didnt like the leadership much
What do you do in preperation for a new boss fight in progression? Buy consumables, read up on fight, watch videos of fight.

What do you expect from raiding with Cake? I expect to check out content that is new to me, have fun with a nice group of guys raiding, and overall enjoy new progression.

Is there anything further you'd like to add or comment on? No, I think thats it, but I am currently working hard on getting new gear in order to strengthen my chance of getting into a high end guild like this one.

your UI looks fine other then I think your using x-perl raid frames instead of grid, um, what was your raid experience with in all that you listed? Is this your first healer or what cause your gear is pretty disastrous.

my previous raid experience was on my mage. this is my first healing class that I am raiding on, but have done plenty of healing in arenas on my druid.

We don't have many guys in this guild. Lots of girls yelling about Sunwell patterns, and no guys to make it stop.

I will vouch that this guy is probably worth a shot. I had a short talk with him in Org yesterday and he seems like he's knowledgable and worth trying out in raids.

My only other question: Are you able to get over 10k hp raid buffed?

ARE YOU GOING TO HEAL FEL RAGE TARGETS FOR 1/35TH OF THEIR HP EACH "EFFECTIVE" HEAL ?

I'm sure that with kings/fort/motw/ and maybe some consumable i can purchase i would be somewhere in the ball park of around 10k.

those targets sure do have alot of hp, but i'll see what i can do.
